RAID 10 (essentially 0+1) requires 4 disks. If you are already buying 3 new disks, I'd buy a 4th so all disks in the array will be the same age/spec. Since all hardware fails, the RAID10 should not be relied upon for 100% data protection. Please back up the data on this array regularly. Enough said.

Raid 5 (3 disks) or with one hot spare is another alternative.
