I had a bad stick of memory,and it caused a lot of problems until I figured it out.I replaced the memory,and used memtest to make sure everything is ok,after receiving the replacement.System seems to run great now :)I run my rig 24/7.It has been stable for the last 2 weeks going on 3 weeks.

This ram is 1.5 volts,but it is supposed to work with this board.I noticed in the bios its running 1333MHz Speed.I want to set my ram speed to the rated specs 1600MHz.I'm not sure if I need to adjust voltage,but I was on the G-skill forum and the suggestions were to increase the voltage to 1.7.I dont want to overvolt this ram,especially since I dont have a clue what the proper settings should be set in the bios.

Is there a guide for these settings?

I also use Core Temp,and Speed Fan to keep an eye on temperatures,CPU idles at 27 degrees celsius 40 load.I'm also getting good temps on the graphic card(GTS 250) 34 idle 45-50 load with fan at 75%.I can live with that.I do not have the northbridge fan header connected.I have (2) 120's in my Antec 900 set to medium for intake,and the rear and top fans set on high.This seems to create good airflow,but I'm not sure of the temperature on motherboard.Is there a program to check out the motherboard temps?

I have been trying on my own.After reading some reviews on Newegg about this memory,and some tips from the manufacturer.I mostly adjusted timings ,and was using  most of the settings below.I bumped up the northbridge voltage based on some tips that were given.Then I reset the voltage for all settings until I know what the hell I'm doing.What is the reason of decreasing the NB voltage? Were do I find HT voltage ? I'm just trying to understand.

The 3rd column of the numbers I have listed are for auto,but would it help to lower these settings.I have no clue,but lower seems better when it comes to ram.

I have 3 columns in the bios under this configuration

Manual,Speed,and Auto.I listed 3 numbers under each setting,which refers to manual,spd,and auto

Cas Latency
Ras to Cas R/W delay 9T-9T-11T

Row Precharge Time 9T-9T-11T

Min Ras Active time 24T-24T-29T

1T/2T command delay 2T,-,-

TrFco For Dimm 1 110ns-110ns-110ns (under this option I have 90,110,160,300,350)

I manually set the 9-9-9-24 2T settings.I also bumped down the write recovery time,set multiplier so it reads 1600MHz.I ran memtest with both sticks together for 7 passes with no errors.

I did NOT manually adjust these settings.Trfo for Dimm 2,Precharge Time,Row cycle Time,and Ras to Ras Delay.I was not sure what to do here.
TrFco For Dimm 2 90ns ? Should I set this to 110ns.It looks like I should,but then again,I'm not sure,so I let it alone.

Everything looks good !! You can set the Trfoo to 110 .If you buy another set of Ram set it to 160 for all 4 slots. On my board the It has the nb and HT voltage set up like this NB/HT voltage and it is set to 1.40. The 9-9-9-24-2T is good And the rest to auto, changing them my cause you problems.
As far as a Program to read your motherboard temps download the Gigabyte Easy tune 6 Its in the utility section on the gigabyte site. Hope this helps you .

Good Idea.Gigabyte Easy tune 6.I downloaded all my drivers off there website vs the cd,so I forgot about the disk.I easily found the NB voltage,but not Ht.I will take your advice and stick with the timings,and a small change Trfoo to 110 for diim 2.I will leave my voltage on auto, unless I run into problems.Its running stable,so I cant ask for much more than that from this memory.

I have this motherboard...It's DDR3.My Bad The model # I should have put in the topic  is GA-MA790GPT-UD3H (rev. 1.0)
