Easy tune has some grayed out options HELP

Hi, i'm new on this forum and i don't know if is the right section but anyway. I'm trying to use the "Easy tune" utility that came with the motherboard driver to do some simple OC to my pc. However on the "Smart Boost" tab the options "OC" and "Auto tuning" are grayed out and i can't click on them:



How do i get them to work, please help.

i5-7400

You do not have a "K" series unlocked CPU.  Non K series cannot be OC'ed.
