I didn't see this memory on the QVL for your board.
your 2500k SandyBridge CPU supports 1066/1333Mhz RAM natively
Most DDR3 1600Mhz ram SPD detects at 1333Mhz
9 or 10 CAS memory is the most common for 1600Mhz DDR3 memory. Your Trident 7-8-8-24 is super low CL and fast. These timings should be supported by your board, but maybe not this particular kit using XMP Profile under this BIOS rev.
Note, all of the CAS 7 memory modules listed as supported are 7-8-7-24
I'd try setting your memory timing manually and @1.5v without XMP. That said a newer or older BIOS (if available) might support your RAM using XMP. I am not suggesting that you upgrade/downgrade your BIOS since manual settings will likely work.
