This is a hardware issue and it not OS related What is the rev of your board? 1.0, 1.1?
The codes the board displays are normal for the POST process, as they indicate completing of memory, CPU, PCH initialization. One could be faulty, but its hard to say at this point.
Questions:
Is this a new behavior?
What changed before it started happening?
When the system does start successfully, what does hardware monitor report in BIOS? CPU temp, voltages?
Does all look ok? Consistent and stable?
Things you can do:
CLR_CMOS using jumper
Replace your MB battery
Test memory using MemTest+ - Ensure your memory is on the QVL
Test with alternate PSU
Reseat CPU and check socket for abnormalities
If you are over clocking, or using BIOS profiles, Stop
I dont know if its a 1.0 or 1.1. How could I look for that?
Yes, it is a new Behaivor
Nothing Changed before.. It also runs perfect If this doesnt happen
Hardware is fineaswell if the Pc is started. (CPU idle Temp arround 30°C-45°C,Graphics Idle arround 40°C-50°C)
CLR_CMOS using jumper - Did it. But didnt Helped.
Replace your MB battery - Was the first thing I did. Forgot to write.
Test memory using MemTest - 0 Errors
Ensure your memory is on the
QVL - Isn't on the QVL. But there are just some Memorys.
Test with alternate PSU - I'll Try to get another PSU. But atm I dont have a another one.
If you are over clocking, or using BIOS profiles - I were overclocking but just to 4.00GHz (With a I5 3570k), But I will stop & test it.
What usually helps to get the PC turned on at this Problem is to Reset CMOS (1-3x Times) & Restart,Restart,Restart...
