BSOD after BIOS update?

BSOD after BIOS update?

I just installed the newer version of the BIOS software and restarted my pc it BSOD and keyboards and mice do not work anymore. Not sure what to do any ideas?

Motherboard: GA-Z270X-DESIGNARE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Ram: 32gb

UPDATE: I have reset the CMOS and the USB ports work now but I am still blue screening every time

Welcome,
Can you tell us more about the exact error?  Also, provide your complete system specs and the BIOS rev you had and have upgraded to.  If you are over clocking CPU or memory, please stop while troubleshooting.
