Motherboard GA-H110M-S2H
« on: June 15, 2017, 07:55:02 am »
Just fitted new motherboard and would like to know how to boot from USB.

I am not a computer expert but can follow instructions. My last computer in F12 gave me the option to boot from USB. Hope somebody can post instruction.
Best regards

Greetings,
Based on what I see in your manual..  it appears that booting from a removable device is supported.

From Page 25

Boot Option Priorities
Specifies the overall boot order from the available devices.
Removable storage devices that support GPT format will be prefixed with "UEFI:" string on the boot device list. To boot from an operating system that supports GPT partitioning, select the device prefixed with "UEFI:" string.
Or if you want to install an operating system that supports GPT partitioning such as Windows 7 64-bit, select the device prefixed with "UEFI:" string.

Set USB support option to > Full Initial and test to confirm.  Like your old board, F12 also gives you a one time boot options selection menu.
