WD1002FAEX and X58A-UD7

Well, first of all sorry for my english skill.

Recently I bought these hardware: a SATA3 HDD WD1002FAEX from Western Digital and this motherboard (the old 965-DQ6 worked like a charm). Bios version is F6.

I'm having issues with the SATA3 slots,  I  connect this HDD to them, the system may be recognizes them, but don't boot with it. Before I tried to install a clean Windows 7 Pro x64 and with these SATA3 slots I couldn't. After with the SATA2 ports all be fine, but after if I try to connect the HDD to the SATA3 slots the system can not boot.

Windows 7 recognizes the HDD like 'SCSI disk device' ... is strange, isn't it?

I will appreciate all HELP  ....  :-\

Greetings from Spain.
