I just bought a used GV-N660OC-2GD card for lightweight gaming on my Windows 7 PC, but sadly it displays nothing on screen and monitor says no signal. Windows boots fine and I can hear windows startup sound. Not getting any Beeps because there is no any buzzers in this motherboard. I suspect either PSU or the GPU.

I tried resetting CMOS, Reseating RAM and GPU, forcing BIOS to first look at PCI Express slot, still no luck.
The seller confirmed that this works fine on his system.
But, with onboard graphics, monitor displays fine.
GPU fans are running normally, not too fast, also connected the 6 pin auxiliary power connector.
