Z97x-sli-cf M.2 boot

Good morning.
I have the subject mo/bo currently booting from an SSD SATA 850 EVO. I wish to purchase an M.2 SSD 960 EVO 1TB but I cannot verify whether it will be able to boot from M.2 or not. Could someone please inform me? (only certain answer pls)

NVMe devices are supported with BIOS rev F7 or later.
