Gigabyte z68x ud3h b3 with Corsair Vengeance LP 32GB - Windows Wont finish boot

Hello,

ccurrently have build with Z68 ud3h b3  (F10) currently running Intel i7 2600K, with 16GB memory and windows 10 64bit. 

I have tried numerous 24GB and 32GB kits and have read someplace that the Corsair Vengeance LP 32GB kit (CML32GX3M4A1600C10) will work with this board.  Ram is DDR3 1600Mhz 4 x 8 matched, and supports Z68 chipset according to Corsair.

Currently have RAM timings set to Auto and Speed is Auto (1333Mhz).  Have Turbo turned on as well.

I have not done a firmware update, as the F12 only listed USB 3.0 enhancements

The BIOS boots fine with the memory, and posts to Windows startup, but then the windows icon appears and it pinwheels non stop, boot loop I assume.

Any ideas here on what I would need to change?  Why Windows doesn't like the memory?

No matter what memory kit over 16GB I put in, the same results.

Generally speaking, that RAM should work.  SPD is 1333Mhz and should easily run at 1600, 10-10-10-27 1.5v.  However, the BIOS might not have an XMP profile for it. 

Have you tried starting in SAFE Mode?

Reset the BIOS > CLR_CMOS, then load set up defaults and retry.  If that works, restart and enable XMP, F10 to save and exit.  Let the system restart.

If the above fails, return to BIOS and set the memory manually, using specs I mentioned above.  Please post your results.

It might be the CPU. Have you tried to set the memory speed & timings manually to see if it will work that way. Your CPU only supports 1066/1333 memory. Yes it says that the board and CPU will support up to 32gbs.

Plus the memory controller is in the CPU too. So the more memory you run the more the CPU has to work. You could try to OC the CPU a little to see if that works too. Plus one other thing have you tried to turn off the turbo?
