rgb fusion questions / enhancements?

I have an aourus 7 x299 board
It works ok with rgb fusion

Questions: 
Does rgb fusion ONLY run in app center?
Is there an enhancement to allow things like intelligent temperature limits and colors be changed?  My board has an i7-7820x chip (silverlake)   the default temp of the cpu is 57 idle, in basic use, it sits at 63, so the 30, 60, greater settings for temp is wrong for my chip, and no way to change what temps to monitor for?

This is a really needed enhancement.   Any word on it?   I could use app center siv for fan control, but on my old rig, SIV was a bit unstable, crashing sometimes leaving fans very low and system overheated    Id really like to use 'rgb fusion'!!!

no one uses rgb fusion?

Seems pretty integrated, just missing basic features.   Gigabyte, how can you expect people to use your software, missing such obvious features.

PS  I added a g.skill rgb mouse and keyboard, rgb fusion integrated with them perfectly.

Just needs a revision....
