I've had an issue with this mobo for some time now. It coldboots just fine, however it will not restart again for up to 15 minutes. All fans whir up, the dvd rom light blinks, but nothing happens. I have to hold the power button in for 5 seconds to switch it off again and then wait.
Eventually, after 10-15 mins, it will successfully restart.
There are no issues with it being up for days on end, long gaming sessions etc. The problem also occurs when either the cpu/fsb is over or under clocked.
It has happened with both an x1950pro and the current hd4870 512mb.
The processor is an 8400 Wolfdale, using 4*1024mb Corsair value select ram at 800 mhz and is powered by a Thermaltake toughpower 650watt. There is also a Xonar D2 pci card.
Differing HDDs have had no effect either.
Operating systems have been XP Pro and Win7 64bit Ultimate, though I don't suppose that's significant.
