GA-MA785GMT-UD2H and Cool n'Quiet

Hi!
Forgive for my poor English, ok?

I Have trouble with my new GA-MA785GMT-UD2H.
If i use in AUTO multiplier CnQ is ok.
If i put other multiplier (with a BE processor) CnQ don't function.
If i boot in stock then i increase the multiplier with Gigabyte EasyTune, CnQ functions perfectly.

Some friends don't have this trouble with other Gigabyte motherboards.

I have the lastest BIOS (F3)
CPU is Phenom II X2 550BE
Mem is OCZ 2x2GB DDR3-1600 7-7-7-24   1,65V(stock voltage)
OS is Win 7 RC7100, but in XP and Linux i have the same trouble.

I have the GA-MA790GP-UD4H MB and an Phenom II 940 processor.  If I want to overclock (either through the BIOS or AMD Overdrive) I have to turn off CnQ.  What currently works best for me is to turn off CnQ and use Overdrive to undervolt the processor (1.125 v works for me) for regular work and Overclock and slightly undervolt (17.5x multiplier and 206 bus, 1.3 volts) when I need that extra boost.  All of this is through AMD Overdrive. 

It took me awhile to figure out that CnQ had to be off for overclocking to work.

Understand, but its not truth that if with BE Processor is necessary to disable CnQ.

Limitation of this model or all models of Gigabyte?
Some users of ForumPCS from Brazil (www.forumpcs.com.br) tested this in other Gigabyte model and it function correctly (boost multiplier with Cool n'Quiet active), and with others manufacturers like as ASUS and it be ok too. Why only in my Gigabyte model?

Unfortunately I have only tried one model of Gigabyte board with OCing and  CnQ (see above).  The Phenom II X4 940 is also a BE Processor.  So I think it is a MB BIOS limitation not a processor limitation.  I contacted Gigabyte once about this and they said basically, "not our problem."

Yeah. I tried too. And they says that when i change de multiplier above then the normal, the CnQ will disable.
But with others manufactirer like as Asus, and MSI (i have friends that have) this not ocour. And some with other Gigabyte's models too.

Then i was insistent... and they says that maybe in future, in a BIOS revision, but they dont knows when.
Then... maybe never.
I hate this.
