I use a 2.53Ghz Xeon processor which, after upgrading the BIOS of my P55A-UD4P, registered @ 2.00GHZ. I changed a few multipliers in order to get my RAM up to 1600 (G.Skill issue) and my Processor up to 2.56 GHZ. I was wondering if by upping the settings it would add any additional stress to the processor and memory, even though they aren't much above their actual defaults? It's at a x15 multiplier, is that bad? If not, should I consider going any higher?
