GA-890GPA-UD3H and memory

I have a GA-890GPA-UD3H motherboard and  8GB's of  Gskill F3-12800CL9-4GBNQ with 965be and have had  a lot of Bsod may be 2 hours or 2 days but I am sick of messing with it and need to know a brand of memory that will work and speed or a new motherboard that will work with the memory I have.

Firstly we need to know what you have already tried. Have you set the memory to manual in the BIOS and entered the settings on the side of the modules?

You didn't mention whether you had revision 1.0 or 2.0 but here is the addresses for the memory lists for both:

According to the lists your memory isn't supported however it is only the "D" that is different and I am not sure what that means.

the motherboard is rev1 with bios f6 I tried running memory at 1333 8,8,8,24 and 1600 9,9,9,24(I am not sure on the last number it maybe 22 I used what was recommended on other forums) and increasing voltage to 1.6 at both speeds. I did test the memory ind. in the slot closest to the cpu with memtest and windows memory. 1 time I did get 1 error with memtest running at 1600. I have the module out of my computer now It still will blue screen. I tried a Ubuntu boot disk to make sure its not a driver in windows and got a unknown error and have clean installed windows 7 pro. That is why I think its memory,cpu or motherboard that is bad. The memory I have is F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ  if I slow the memory down to 1066 my computer won't boot.
Most of the blue screens are memory_management or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and 1 ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY

The memory that you originally posted was without the "D". If the above text is correct then the memory nis on the QVL list and so should be ok. I must admit it does sound like a memory error though. I would try each module, one at a time, with Memtest86.

I had similar issues a while back on my 790XTA-UD4 with a 965 BE (C2) and Corsair Dominator memory. I couldn't get it to run at 1600Mhz (the rating for the modules) no matter what I tried. It would only run at 1333Mhz. However, I decided to upgrade my CPU to the 1090T and since then my RAM is running happily at 1600Mhz. This also coincided with a BIOS update for my board so I'm not sure if the CPU or the BIOS was the cause of the problem.

I know that the latest BIOS version for your board is F7C beta but have you tried this? It does say in the description that it improves power consumption and this may be the reason for your BSOD's.
