windows usb installation tool

I have a GA-A320M-DS2 REV 1.0.  I don't get the BIOS screen, so don't know the version.  i HAVE INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 Home 64 bit, but there is no USB.  I looked for the windows USB installation tool but it is not there for this board. Can I use the tool for a different board? this is first time use for this board.  It has Bitfenix AMD A8 9600 3.1GHz quadcore, 8GB ram, 240GB SSD

You cannot use a driver for another board or OS.

Use this one:
AMD Chipset Driver (include chipset \ sata raid \ USB driver)
