Electrical Buzzing

Hello guys
2 days ago i heared an elecetrical sound coming from my tower. And more specific sounds coming from my psu.
2 Weeks ago i had update bios ... not sure if the sound started at that time... and if the noise is coming from psu or mobo.

Link of the Sound
https://vocaroo.com/delete/s1VdSb4Fc5h5/68df44f16c69b6a4

My system

i9900K // Thermaltake 850W Platinum // Aorus Master // 2080ti MSI //

Any idead? Asking because if i have to rma my psu will take up to 2-3 weeks so isnt my 1st option here and especially since it might not be psu problem.
Also i would like to mention that the same noise is passing through the cable to the wall schuko.... crazy....

Any ideas? Than you!

Update 1.

So I tried to take all the rgb software's because it seems that when the pc is in heavy load then there is no buzzing. But even I took them off there was no change.

It seems that this psu is really messing with my electricity.... now i see the wall lights that are in the same electricity line (wall) are doing weird things... lower - higher light....

1st time i come across with such thing...

Greetings,
Can't make the sound out 100%, but its not coil whine.  It sounds like a capacitor.  You need to STOP using your machine and that power supply immediately.  Obviously you need to confirm the wiring in your house as well.  A power supply is not something you want to skimp on.  If the house wiring checks out, replace it with Corsair, EVGA, etc.
