Is there not a new Version for my BIOS i have F16 the 2 other on Gigabytes site is a BETA Bios?

Motherboard is Z77X-D3H

Boards are typically supported for 18~36 months.  Some go longer depending on their popularity.  If you are having a specific problem or issue you need corrected, you can reach out to Gigabyte support and they might help.

If you are wanting a newer BIOS for the sake of newer...  I wouldn't hold your breath.  That board is 8 yrs old and intel isn't actively producing IvyBridge CPU's.  It's crossed the line of diminishing returns.
