Hi It won't let me out of the bios and also the only m2 ssd that shows in the boot is the 1gb one there is no sign of the 500gb one. I was going to update the bios but I might just see if Scan (that is where I got it from in the UK) will forward it to Gigabyte or see if I can e-mail Gigabyte and see what they say.

1. I would pull the CPU one more time. I check the socket again those pins have to be perfect if they off just a little. You still have problem.

2. I would remover the M.2 drive and put in another drive and see what happens. The software you installed links itself to the bios. That might be the problem.

3. With today's MB I have see where if you have a problem with like a M.2 drive. It will always go to that drive no matter what other drives you have in it.

then I installed the utilities all from the mono disc but when I clicked the RGB app on the desktop it went to this screen and when I come out of it an reboot it goes to the desktop then back to this screen is there a problem.

All your problems started after you install that software.
