hello everyone, i need help if you can, i don't get more replies from the rma service gigabyte is this normal? i'm sorry to do this post but many days have passed and i still haven't been able to activate my rma request for the gigabyte gpu warranty. I sent the first ticket on February 5th and received a reply after 21 days.
later I accepted their conditions to send the gpu to gigabyte, provided the proof of purchase and from that moment I didin't have any more answers and 11 days have passed and I am still waiting for information on where to send the gpu for the rma.
in total 32 days have passed and I am not been able to activate the RMA procedure.
Are these waiting times normal or is there a problem with my ticket?
