X99 ud4 rev. 1.0 bios update advice

Genesis1:
I'm currently on f20 but want to swap out my cpu for an e5 2680 v4 cpu. Can I bypass other updates and flash the latest 24c? Or do I have to update in order f22, f23, f24?
