Z590M - can't get Wake on LAN working

...Finally got it working!

In case it helps anyone else, seems to be a combination of the following:

BIOS - WoL enabled, and ErP disabled
Windows - Disabling Fast Startup from Windows power settings, and making sure WoL is enabled from Device mgr > NIC > Power management

Fast start up is one of Microsoft's hybrid sleep variations.
