Z590 D & Radeon RX550 - no bios entry
fonon:
After installing the RX550 card, I cannot enter the bios or start the boot option. The BIOS signals four beeps, then the operating system boots normally. The type of output (DP, HDMI, DVI) does not matter. How to solve this problem?

Greetings,
4 beeps typically indicates a memory error. Are you using QVL ram? Are you over clocking? How many sticks of RAM are you using? Do you have the Fast Boot option enabled? Its not needed and can often lead to BIOS access issues. If you are using a wireless keyboard, this too can cause a problem. Try a PS/2 or USB keyboard. It sounds like you need to solve the error condition first.

Thank you for answers. I don't use fast boot or overcloking. The two memory modules work fine at conservative settings but they aren't QVL. The problem occures at any keyboard. The system works fine and stable after boot. The problem doesn't occure when internal prcessor graphic unit is used.

That board supports UEFI and you might have to enabled the CSM. The RX550 isn't a UEfI card. I have run into that problem on some of the new boards with older cards.
CSM Support
Enables or disables UEFI CSM (Compatibility Support Module) to support a legacy PC boot process.
Disabled Disables UEFI CSM and supports UEFI BIOS boot process only. (Default)
Enabled Enables UEFI CSM.

Excellent point. Non UEFI compliant cards might have boot issues.
