I just bought a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX ICE (Rev 1.0) motherboard and would like to add a USB-C Display Port Alt Mode port that I can use to connect a Dell S2725QC monitor which has a DP Alt Mode socket.
I'm thinking the easiest way to do this is add a Thunderbolt card. Since I'm a complete newbie where these cards are concerned, can anyone recommend a Gigabyte model of TB 4 or 5 card that would work OK with this motherboard without compatibility issues?
