RAM not running at BIOS specified frequency
« on: August 04, 2010, 10:40:29 pm »
My system has 3 1066MHz DDR3 RAM sticks. The BIOS states that they are running at 1066 MHz, but CPU-Z states that it is running at 540MHz. Please help

This is my CPU-Z validation page http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1331328

That's right as Pierre said the real speed of the memory x2. Your memory is running at the standard speed of 1066Mhz unless you have overclocked it.
It is the JEDEC standard.
