OK, here are pictures of CPU socket. I hope you can load them

This is what I have been doing so far:
1. in BIOS FA loaded Optimized settings, saved, reboot
2. QFlash Fb10 BIOS
3. Loaded Optimized settings, saved, reboot
4. Set manualy many setting (later in post), saved, reboot
Now it recognizes 6GB of RAM. Boot into Windows, tested, OCCT, it works.
Tried to sett recommended memory settings which I found here (tRC=tRAS+tRP, and so on - expert memory settings) which gave me BSOD in Windows immediately upon showing desktop - BSOD says Memory Management fault.
Changing all settings, nothing helped only loading Optimized settings, new flash with Fb10 BIOS, again Optimized, and then setting values manually. Now it seems to be working. I have to say - I replaced my old Asus Commando 965P and E6600 because it started to behave badly after 3 and a half years, so I decided do buy me a shiny new toy, but this what is happening is far beyond my wildest dreams. If I knew, I would have bought AMD.
So, enough of complaining, these are BIOS settings:
