X58A-UD7 and USB hub boot up problem

Specs:
X58A-UD7
i7 920
6x2GB Gskill trident DDR3 2000
5xHDD
5870 + 9600GT
Onkyo SE-200PCI LTD soundcard
& lotsa lotsa USB
(overclocked to 4ghz)
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

i have a problem booting up if a powered usb hub plugged in (wether the USB hub powered by the adaptor or not)
it just restarted when it gets to windows 7 loading screen, and then when it gets to bios post it will show "overclock fail".
tried with logitech powered USB hub, and roccat apuri, same problem.

any help appreciated.

Pure guesswork I am afraid but try using a different port because they are controlled by different chips.  Or in the BIOS try disabling the USB Storage Function in Integrated Peripherals. Other than that I can only suggest a BIOS update. You don't say what PSU you are using.

First of all, what's the model of your power supply?

Will the same problem occur if your CPU runs at stock frequency?

Is the powered USB hub connected to the front or rear panel USB port? When the "restart" problem occurs is there any device connected to the powered USB hub?

Try disconnecting few HDDs and one of the graphic card and see if the problem still occurs.
