If your getting the message, Do you want to boot the CDROM (y/n)?, during the start of the installation, then you need to change the Boot Order in the BIOS to boot from DVD-Rom first.

When updating the BIOS, and the Invalid BIOS Image appears, click on the drive in the window and the .Fxx file should appear. The CPU you are using doesn't need a BIOS upgrade, but you do need to change the Boot Order in the BIOS.
