As DM said, your PSU is too small. The manual for my motherboard GA-P55A-UD3 states a minimum PSU of 500W.
You need to look at the manual with your graphics card and consult peak load.
Alternatively if you have computer magazines, look through the adverts, find similar hardware and see what they use.

I have a plugin wattmeter, undle idle my system average takes 133/140 watts raising to about 170/180W under load.
Please note however that digital plug-in wattmeters can only show after 3 readings per second.
With Intel quad cores, millions of transistors can switch simultaneously, if this happens (and does) then
peak instantaneous power can exceed the demand of your 430 w power supply. Hope that helps
