when flashing bios should you keep dmi data?

hey,
i know the update dmi data at startup is not a problem but while looking at a thread. runn3r asked poster :  did you set Keep dmi data to disable in the option of q-flash befor doing bios update.
just wondering what to do next time i flash my bios.

This is a question that has only just come to light recently. It seems to only affect the AMD platform but then not all motherboards. It should say on the BIOS update page whether you should "disable DMI data" when running the update on your particular board. I know it's a bit confusing but at least it has come to light now. ;)
