Greetings Dark Mantis,
first of all thank you for your interest in my case.
The problem is that i cant access anything in boot, the keyboard is not working at all while booting.
I have an MX3200 Logitech wireless keyboard-mouse combo and i have also tried with a classical logitech keyboard (USB) but still no luck.
(PS2 ports are not working, although the light of the mouse is lighting.)
That's the reason i tried with @BIOS to upgrade. You are right that is too dangerous but again i had no other options...
I think its worth to mention that i couldn't boot even before the update with @BIOS.
Tried to read the FAQ but as i saw, nothing can be done without using keyboard at boot.
I mentioned the battery in the previous post because i tried a CMOS reset:
3) If above methods fail then you need to remove the CMOS battery (small silver disk) and then use method 2) and additionally wait for 10 minutes. Instead of waiting you can use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch the positive and negative terminals of the battery holder (NOT the battery!), making them short for 5 seconds. Replace the battery.
I got a message that post screen failed and some option were given there.
I weren't able to select any of them and i waited till the countdown. The option selected were "Last known good settings" or smthing like that.
I hope to find a solution on this one.
Thank you again
D.
