I have an EEE PC 1000h with a 12 cell battery NOT made by ASUS and I get 8 and a half hours with it, and that's with a 4 year old netbook, If i pluged that into one of the new ones with power ifficent GPU, CPu, Chipset I think I would get maybe 15 to 20 hours battery life, well at least 10 I think
Also the 1000h with battery is only like 1.65 in weight with the battery, been my work horse for years it's a sweet netbook.
