I have raised a gigabyte ticket but had no repsonse over the last week..email ticket 988938 10/15/2010 20:37 do they actually read these
So i thought i'd try here .. details of M/B below.
I only see 6gb of memory at bios bootup rather than the full 8gb ??
Why is this ?? have i wasted my money on additional memory ??
The gigabyte user manual states upto 16gb of ddr2 memory ??
I have tried swapping them around from slot to slot but still no difference.
I have reduce dthe UMA in board graphics to use only 128mb rather than 2gb, but it still only shows 6gb memory ??
