Okey, I've downgraded Windows 7 x64 to Win XP 32 SP3 (full format) now.
What I've meant were tests like here with dxdiag DirectX 9.0c that I can run DirectDraw and Direct3D (they were missing on win 7 x64 dxdiag, that's why I was asking about them

)
Now what happens with dxdiag (directX 9.0c) - Win XP 260.99 drivers:
Direct3D test proceded fine, no errors, but...
DirectDraw test hung the PC !
After reboot Direct3D hung the PC
After another reboot Direct3D square (hexagon) was moving madly fast on every 3 of 3 tests and DirectDraw test has also succeeded. But after once again Direct3D test began, the PC has hung on very first square image
