Register

Hi guys,

Just a quickie as I am curious. Most hardware one buys from other manufacturers one is able to register their product, does anyone know where one does this with GigaByte? I do not have any problems with mine, just curious as I would like to register mine with GigaByte.

Hi there,

You can't as there is no process for registering products with Gigabyte. If you need to return an item they use the date of manufacture as the date any warranty runs from and the barcode on the item to check with their records.

I have always felt the same. Most manufacturers encourage you to register your product/s with them and is usually fairly pain free to do online. Gigabyte has a very old fashioned way of conducting their business in a lot of ways and could do with being dragged into the 21st Century as far as customer relations goes.
