Is this why my system only sees 4gigs instead of 6?
No bent pins but noticed no indents as circled in pic.

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte UK Forum.
The bad news is I am afraid that you have bent pins in your CPU socket and there are even more than you circled!
The only recourse is to RMA the board as I feel there are too many for you to rectify yourself.
