Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte UK Forum.

Obviously it is one of those annoying things that shouldn't happen but is not stopping you from using the system so that at least is good.
If you can give us a complete list of your hardware including model numbers it would be a big help.

You still haven't given me enough details to make an accurate assesment.

Are your memory modules single or double sided?

What make and speed are they?

Did you purchase them as a matched pair?

Is the PSU single 12v rail or multiple?

How many hard drives and optical drives have you got?

Are you using a sound card?

RAM I'm using team elite 800mhz 1gb x 2 , this one is dual channel..
i don't know what is double sided or one sided.. for RAM i don't think its the problem because I tried another RAM, still occurs.
how do I know my psu is single 12v?
I'm only use 1 hdd sata (500gb wd green) and 1 dvd-rw sata.
and no, I'm not using any soundcard

Your Western Digital Green hard drive is probably the cause of the problem. These power saving hard drives are not recommended for a boot drive as they keep trying to power down to save energy and are slower at powering up also. They are fine for a data drive but not boot.
You can check in the BIOS/Advanced BIOS Features and see if there is an option for a Delay for HDD. If there is you can set it for something like 5 seconds and see if that will help.
