Hi

Have you disabled the onboard sound device in the BIOS?

If so can you give some more details of your components please?

What PSU is it that is powering your system?  Make and model please.

It is possible theat you have a bad earth connection from your computer to the mains earth in the ring main. I still don't know what area you are in so it doesn't make it any easier to help you.

The ring main is the supply in the building with the outlets in the wall. Now sometimes the earth(ground) connection on the wall socket can be faulty or it could be your connection from the PSU earth to the wall socket that is faulty but this is one way you would notice it. It could well be mains hum that you are hearing.

You are making this much longer because you are not answering my questions as I ask them.
