The other thing is it could be just a driver problem when in games mode where it is using 3D rather than the normal windows mode.

@absic: You are very right there, so i replaced my 500 W PSU with 650W true power corsair SMPS and the computer is working like a beast..

i could play graphic intensive games and i didnt get the crash so far...
i hope and believe the problem got solved.
Lemme cross fingers......
