and I dont think its the psu coz i also used a low nvidea gpu and its still the same.
and i also try my gpu gtx 460 to another cpu with 650W psu and it works. :(

Just to clarify, on your OP you said this was the build spec:-

- Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4
- nVidea GTX 460 inno3d
- Patriot 3 x 2GB 1600Mhz
- Intel® Core™ i5-650
- Corsair 750W
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

How many pieces of the memory have you got installed as in your list you seem to be saying it is 3 sticks of RAM equalling 6gb in total, is that right? 

If so please say which slots you have them in & if not 3 sticks of RAM, how many and in which slots are they placed???

3, 1(blue) 2(white) 3(white) slots

I already tried to run with only 2 memory both in white slols (1 & 3)

Have you checked that this memory is even compatible with this motherboard as it is designed for the X58 chipset not the P55 ?

it works fine with ATI and how come it doesnt with nVidia? i dont think its the memory problem. :s
