There is a newer BIOS version out so it may be worth updating to that, F8.

Make sure that you use the BIOS utility QFlash to do it. Do not use @BIOS.

When at the QFlash home page disable the Keep DMI data before proceeding with the update.
Afterwards load BIOS optimised defaults and change any settings to suit yourself, then F10 to save and exit.

I have this problem too. but I think the problems in the USB3.0 drivers.

My actions:
Step 1:
install OS Win 7 prof x64
Step 2:
reload
(Successful load)
Step 3:
install the network driver and install all updates v''tsentr Update Windows "(successfully)
Step 4:
reload
(Successful load)
Step 5:
Download drivers from http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3440 # dl
Step 6:
install chipset
reload
(Successful load)
Step 7:
install audio driver
reload
(Successful load)
Step 8:
install the driver USB3.0
reload
(FAIL load)

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

Try disabling the power savings modes in the BIOS and see if that helps.

Your PSU is a bit underpowered also but I don't think it has a bearing on this problem.
