what is the difference between technical support and support amateur?

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum wagner.

I take it that you have used a translator for this post as it doesn't make an awful lot of sense but I get the general idea from it.

It sounds as if you have had a problem using Gigabyte's @BIOS for updating your motherboard's BIOS. We don't recommend using this util;ity in the normal course of events as QFlash the BIOS utility is much safer. Gigabyte supplies both so you have the option of which to use.

Your motherboard shouldn't have ben damaged by the failed attempt though as you have the Backup BIOS (part of the Dual BIOS system). Do not remove the power from the system though. If you post back we can see if we can fix it for you.
