Voltage Question on GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0)

I've just installed a very nice COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus for my i7-950.  Once before when I had my Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600 memory set to XMP Profile 1 a single green light got thrown on the board, which I believe is voltage.  It's the third down near the CPU from what I see.  I went to profile 2 and the light went away.  Now today I installed the cooler and decided obviously to overclock.  Current settings are still profile 2 on the memory with extreme mode enabled (which it was before as well so nothing has changed there), CPU is at 24x multiplier, 140 base clock, temps are idling at 40c.  Never gets much above that pushed.  Green light is on again, I think I've read people talking about QPI voltage issues but not sure.  Ideas? Concerns?

If the LED is green then there is nothing to worry about anyway. I used to find that it would illuminate on my board (UD7) and then it just went out for no apparent reason, nothing had been changed. I think that maybe it is a little too sensitive.
