Intel 6 series

Hi everyone  8)

"Intel has discovered a design issue in the recently released 6 Series chipset, codenamed Cougar Point. The problem lies with SATA ports within the chipsets, which may degrade over time, affecting functionality and performance. The updated chipset is expected to be delivered by February, and full volume recovery in April. Intel will work with its partners to accept the return of affected chipsets and also plans to support modifications or replacements needed on motherboards and systems."

I got GA-P67A-UD3 and was wondering, is there any official Gigabyte stand ? What with all those mobos ? RMA and replacement ? Any infos or ideas ?
