Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte forum.

These are usually memory errors.

What memory modules have you got installed ?

What slots have yuou installed them in ?

You say you tested the memory but did you do it properly like this?

I would suggest that you download and run Memtest86+ to check your RAM first.

Memtest86+        http://www.memtest.org/

Insert one stick of memory in slot 1 and run Memtest on it for at least 10 loops and if there are no errors then swap it over with the next one and continue untill you have checked all  modules.

If you have any errors the module is faulty.

If you have any faulty modules you will have to return the whole kit as they are matched.

Post back when you have done that with the results.

Hi again, today i didn't have enought time to test memories, so i can only test them 2 loops for each one. memtest couldn't find any error. I have one 1x1 (2gb) kit and one 2GB whole module. I tried all of them single but each of them gave same error. I don't know very well but my idea is; Can all the memories have error ?

Then I decided to change my bios version, at first time there was no problem. I could install windows 7-64bit. Then i started to update windows and start to surf on internet. Suddenly same error appeared (driver_irql.....). Later I couldn't start windows again :(

What can i try? Is there any special bios setup for windows 7-64bit, thanks

Is the memory you have compatible with this board?

It certainly sounds like a memory problem but you need to test the memoy thoroughly to know. A couple of loops isn't enough.

It is possible that all your memory is faulty but I think it is more likely that there is another explanation.

My memories are kingston hyberx 800mhz, i check and these are compatible for this board. Today I will try to memtest with more loops. Then if i can't find any error, i will try to install other versions of bios. Maybe my memories have fault, but i cant understand that, why don't they give error at 32 bit OS.

Post back when you have tested the modules thoroughly and we will know more then. It is all a question of logical steps.

I have done memtest for my memories at least 15 loops and there wasn't any error. I tried all versions of bios and i couldn't solve this problem. Same errors occurs. Unfurtunataly I decided to return using winxp-32bit os :(
