Ok, I put the core basics together, hit the power button, and waaaalaaa...got my first post. As people here suggested, I immediately loaded optimized defaults and then saved.
Since I will use the Crucial RealSSD C300, I think I am suppose to switch something to AHCI. When I looked at the Integrated Periperals in BIOS, my guess would be I need to change the PCH SATA Control Mode from IDE to AHCI...
Can someone here help me know if this is the correct settings before I begin to install the OS?
Also, are there any other areas of the BIOS I should change before loading OS/drivers...
Please check my BIOS screen and let me know if you see something wrong.
And by the way, I forgot which do I load first, the OS or the drivers?
