Ok, I see several things wrong here. For starters you are using fail safe defaults, so please go into the BIOS and load optimized defaults, then save/apply/reboot back to the BIOS. Once in the BIOS set your SATA/Disk settings to what you need again, then you can make any other changes you need before loading windows.
2133 memory is not made for X58, but you can probably run that way with some high voltages if you want since you have a 970 CPU. But also, that 2133 rating is for one kit, I kinda doubt you can run that fast with 12GB (3 kits) especially at the rated timings, at least not for daily use anyway.
This would be ideal settings to attempt 2133, but I would really advise something like 1866-2000 (And 2000 is really not ideal either with 12GB)
