Memory question for GA-MA790XT-UD4P motherboard

Hi,

I currently have a the following setup:
 - GA-MA790XT-UD4P motherboard (http://www.giga-byte.co.uk/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3010)
 - AMD Phenom II X4 905e (http://products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=557&f1=AMD+Phenom%E2%84%A2+II+X4&f2=&f3=&f4=512&f5=&f6=C2&f7=45nm+SOI&f8=&f9=&f10=False&f11=&f12=True)
 - 2 X2Gb Corsair DDR3 1333 RAM (TW3X4G1333C9 : http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/TW3X4G1333C9.pdf), in slots 1 and 2
 - Running Windows Home Server PP2 (which is based on Windows Server 2003)

I'm running the latest version of the BOIS for this motherboard (F5)

The problem I have is I'm not sure if the memory is setup correctly.  In the BIOS it is showing as 1333MHz yet when I run programs like CPU-Z or Gigabytes EasyTune 6 under Windows then the memory frequency shows as only 667 MHz (or there abouts, currently showing as 669.8MHz).  Is this right?  Should these programs be reporting it as 1333MHz? 

I have all the settings in the BIOS set as auto, nothing is over or under clocked.  I have "Cool and Quiet" set to on, but even if I run a program like Prime 95 the frequencies don't change (even though I see a change in the CPU speed.

Am I worrying over nothing?  Any help / advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah you have nothing to worry about, DDR = Double Data Rate. So programs like CPU-Z always show the "true" speed which in your case is 667mhz (1333/2 = 667 or there abouts)
