I tried to undervoltage using the H67N-USB3-B3. For example, with auto, vid is 1.25V, I set it to 1.1V. under full load, cpu voltage reads 1.1V. However, with no load, when speedstep kicks in, cpu voltage is 1.15V, normally it should be 0.75V. Does under/over voltage overrides speepstep?
